antennas installed as of mid-June 1998. Unsure if Dyer County will join
system. Newbern Police Department (next largest city in Dyer County) is
installing a new UHF system, and a Newbern PD officer told me that they
will definitely not utilize Dyersburg's new 800Mhz system.
